RETURNS

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Great product, looks beautiful on the countertop and wall, has soap exit levels. To get out foam correctly, need to mix 1x of liquid soap to 4x of water (proportion indicated by the manufacturer in the instruction manual accompanying the product). I recommend it.
